Lisa Olivia Munn was conceived in Oklahoma City. Her mother, Kimberly Schmid, lived in Vietnam as well, and she has Chinese origin, and the father of her, Winston Barrett Munn, comes from a family that has long-standing roots within the American South. Olivia was just two years old when her parents split up. Her family consisted of her stepfather as well as her mother who was an United States Air Force member. Olivia was primarily raised within Tokyo in Japan. While her family had moved from Oklahoma and to numerous other areas however, it was the city of Tokyo that she received the bulk of her education. She appeared in local stage productions in this time and became a fashion model for the Japanese industry. After the family returned home to United States, Olivia moved to Los Angeles to pursue her ambition of becoming an actor. After a few small parts in her professional career, she took a very promising turn when she landed the role of Mily Acuna in the Hawaii-focused television series Beyond the Break (2006) and also the role as Rob Schneider's receptionist on Big Stan (2007). She is the host of "The Daily Nut" and"Formula D" on G4 "Formula D" Podcasts on G4. She enjoys surfing and has been practising it ever since the television program Beyond the Break (2006). Her black belt is in taekwondo. At the age of two, old, her mother got married again but this time to an officer from the US Air Force.
